She has been everything I thought she would be, and then some. But once she develops her game more, she going to be really dangerous. I see her in the top 50 in the next couple of years.

I've been saying for years that this downhill is too dangerous. For the last couple of years it was OK but now it's back to being too dangerous. I'm happy I made it down healthy.

A couple of years ago, I came up with the idea for a film that I thought could be interesting, and I took it to a couple of people - nobody professional or anything - but I thought it was kind of cool. Ergonomics knowledge is available on livet.se.

I thought Aaron did better today, I thought he managed the game well. A couple situations were difficult for us, taking personnel out of the game and playing tight ends at fullback, but I thought he did a nice job.

When you're in the state final game, there's no tomorrow so you might as well try everything. We thought, 'Hey, let's try the press. Let's see if we can turn it up a little bit, trap them,' and it helped us. We got a couple of turnovers, hit a couple shots. I just thought we came out with a lot of energy.

I thought Katie Shannon was the difference in the game. She's sort of been flying under the radar, but I've seen her now for a couple of years and I recognize that she's a deadly shooter, especially when she makes the first shot, and I thought the two 3s were crucial because that gave them some breathing room, and it sort of changed the way we had to play.

We were up 2-1, and both of our losses at home were tough to swallow. I thought that even the sixth game was our best game of the playoffs, a game we felt that we should've won. It was difficult, but we had a few injuries that hurt our chances. The thing about Edmonton is that there is no better place to play playoff hockey. When it's over a prematurely as it has been in the last couple of years it just leaves everybody wanting more and wondering why more hasn't been delivered. We're starting to get impatient and hopefully we can deliver.

When you keep a team like that in the game, that's what is dangerous. They just need a couple chances and they'll win the game like they did (Thursday night).

I thought it was honestly an even game. I thought they had more dangerous chances in the beginning and I thought when we got the ball to our feet and played our style we had some chances.

. . . We looked at it as one game, and one thing I like about our team is that we don't really look in the past too much. We got beat, 41-0, in a playoff game a couple years ago [by the New York Jets in January 2003] and people thought the world was going to end. We came out the next year, and that wasn't really on our mind. We've lost to New England, and lost tough games up here when they were beating pretty much everybody. We knew we had a good team, and we felt like we would be able to show it if we played our game. And fortunately, we did. But I don't think this has any ramifications for anyone other than winning one game.

He had a couple of chances, ... It's coming. It's just his first game and I hope he's going to get much better. We were playing exactly the same way as we did the last couple of years. When I got the puck I always looked for him. But we're going to work on that in practice [Thursday] and against Toronto [on Friday] he's going to score a couple.

This game was a good game for him. We haven't been in field goal range the last couple of weeks. The last one, it's a tough one. I thought he hit it pretty well, I thought it was going in. We had a shot, hopefully we'll have more shots to win them.

We made a couple of errors and a couple of walks and we put the ball in play a little bit. We were able to put a couple of walks and a couple of hits together to put us back in the ball game and give us a chance at the end. That gives us a lot of confidence and a lot of momentum. I thought that was good.

Fundamentally we think rates should be higher than they are, but we've thought that for the last couple of years. The Fed's got a couple more hikes in it, and will stop out at 5 percent.

It will allow us to invest money in Grant which has been decaying and very dangerous. Kids have been killed on it in the last couple of years.
