This is the second game in a row we haven't shot the ball well. Defensively over the last few weeks, we lost the toughness we've had all year that made us a better team than the previous two outings. You've got to give Clarksville's guards credit. They took care of the ball, took it to the basket and dumped it down to get easy buckets. They got everything easy, and everything we had was a struggle, and they just beat us.

Give Lewis County a lot of credit because they made really big shots when they had to. We had our opportunities late to tie but we didn't get it done. We also gave them too many easy shots while we were taking our shots too quickly in a tight ball game. We didn't really shoot the ball very well as a team. When you attack the basket and try to get to the free-throw line, that's something that can kind of help you out. When you're not hitting shots and you continue to get to the basket and get easy buckets, that's something that we try to do.

Well, obviously they just beat us from start to finish. I'll give credit to them ... I've never seen a team really shoot the ball the way they shot the ball and it wasn't just one guy. It was everybody.

The officiating isn't why we lost. Our effort just wasn't there. They (Clarksville) shot the ball extremely well and they just beat us.

It opens up a lot of things. We push the ball and put pressure on the other team to get easy buckets. I think it opened up the game for us.

Stout outplayed us. You have to give them credit. We shot 37 percent (from the field), which was the worst we shot all year and they shot 41 percent. You have to put the ball in the basket and you can't give up 84 points.

We were in the stall offense, but we weren't trying to hold the ball. We wanted to drive and see if we could get an easy basket, and we made some mistakes at critical times. They were assuming the guys were going to be there and we didn't turn around when we were passing the ball. We have a young team and they just made some mistakes. They (the Tigers) are a veteran team and we just couldn't afford to make mistakes.

We have to take care of the ball and make sure we've got floor balance. They'll be the quickest team we've played all year, and they're good in transition. So we've got to try not give them easy baskets.

Individually, I didn't think I shot the ball real well. But we ran our offense inside and got some easy buckets.

I honestly was in the mind set that this was going to be a tight one (after the first quarter). I'm very surprised at the way the game evolved. It was almost surreal the way we find the guy that should have ball in his hands at the right time, and I don't think they ever really got into anything offensively. I'll give our kids credit, they played hard defensively, and I don't think Aurora shot the ball the way they're capable of tonight.

We let them get some easy buckets and missed some easy shots. From there we played with them. We worked so hard to get back in it, but we couldn't close it out. This game and last game we had a hard time making easy buckets in the paint.

New Mexico came out and shot the ball well and hit several 3s. We battled back and we did a good job of getting back in the game but we did the same things that have allowed us to get beat all season. We missed some easy shots and made the same mistakes.

Chicago played an outstanding game. They were sharp and beat us in every aspect. Maybe last night's win got them back on a roll. They shot the ball incredibly well, they beat us in every facet - off the dribble, defensively and shooting. It was just a struggle for us the entire night.

Ability doesn't win on the road, toughness does, and we weren't tough enough. We didn't defend the ball well enough, or rebound or take care of the ball well enough. They had easy scores and we didn't shoot well.
