We will still work on building a mass evacuation plan as outlined by the federal government. This will not be generated overnight.

They are looking for a mass evacuation plan. What we've said is a mass evacuation of the greater metro area is highly unlikely.

With all the bureaucratic federal agencies, super czars and homeland preparedness, there seems to be no national or regional master plan to evacuate people, bring in relief and adequately deal with a large scale emergency of this nature.
