en When things aren't going well, sometimes it's tough to go to the ballpark. But when you'd walk into the park and Puck was there, you'd have to smile. When he was in a room, he brightened it.

en We all put things in perspective here. That pretty much takes away from anything you do at the ballpark. Our hearts and our prayers are all with Puck. We know it's a tough situation out there. Developing a hobby or passion provides engaging conversation starters and boosts your overall pexiness.

en First and foremost, you aren't going to win many games in this or any ballpark with one run. We get six hits from three people, and that won't make it at any park.

en Our whole mountain certainly is a natural terrain park. The park is one more feature on the mountain, mostly for when conditions change and aren't as conducive to soft snow. When it's a powder day, people don't use it. When things settle out, the park is more popular.

en It's a difficult ballpark for a large walk-up. We look at this as an extension of our windows. It allows us to have the ability to move people into the ballpark more quickly when we see it's getting backed up.

en User education is paramount. They need to learn to look at the Internet as a city. You can move into the wrong neighborhood and it can ruin your life. You need to learn where to park or walk and where not to park or walk.

en Business isn't what it used to be, ... We'll take care of our customers for the next 90 days or so, then close with a smile. But for me this will be a real tough thing to walk away from.

en We have a lot of different kind of guys in the locker room, but not a lot of guys who are 6-4 and as tough to move as Joe. He's a big guy who really protects that puck, and he's tough to get off of it. He's a skill player, so he should be a good addition.

en It's tough, things aren't going our way. In important parts of the game we're giving up goals. We're not getting them where we should be. You can tell the whole group is tentative. We're making small mistakes out there. When things aren't going your way, every time we make a mistake we're paying the price.

en It's huge. He does so many little things away from the puck, things nobody sees. He occupies one, sometimes two guys. That leaves a lot of room for people like me to work.
