en They are distractions, but they are distractions for those three individuals more than anyone else. You can see with grown men in our league, you have to overcome any type of distraction. The (New Orleans) Saints are the best example with what they overcame to win (at Carolina). I don't think it will have an effect on the team.

en Today was a perfect example. Last year we made 11 errors, but we are more focused now from game to game. We've had no distractions from Day 1.
