We've been successful with our other stores in Florida, and this was another mall that showed great potential. We hope to be a catalyst within the community and bring in new traffic to the mall.

Dynamic optimization gives us an entirely new way of managing network traffic. Traditionally, communications networks are designed around a static scenario based on peak usage patterns. But of course traffic patterns are always changing. In the evenings the majority of mobile device use is at the home, during the day it is in the office area, and during rush hours along the major traffic arteries. The only way to grow in the retail business is to add yet another 100 stores, another 600 stores. Then someone else will see that you are successful. And that other fellow will do the same. And for a while it is fine, until suddenly there are more stores than the community needs.

Some stores aren't impacted at all, some stores need some more people and some stores will adjust their numbers based on their particular needs.

While it is always difficult to make these kinds of decisions, it is occasionally necessary to close stores based on performance and growth potential.

Traffic in these locations is no longer sufficient to justify investment in these stores. The real estate isn't as prime as it was when the stores opened.
