en Like most places, Saturday night is the most popular show of the week. It's couples both young and old, as well as groups of friends enjoying the live show.

en This episode goes into the homes of real families to show that gay and lesbian couples make the same kinds of commitments that straight couples make. These stories show the stark difference in how our government treats same-sex couples, who, without the protections that married couples enjoy, are often left in the cold at times when they are at their most vulnerable.

en I definitely wanted to leave "Saturday Night Live" at a time when I still enjoyed doing the show. I didn't have a supreme confidence that I would be immediately successful after leaving the show, but I just knew it was the right time to test myself and get out there and try other things.

en What we hope is to break Judith as a major artist. en That was never designed to be a staple of the show that we would revisit week after week after week. That was something that these two sort of brought to life, and that's a perfect example of something that they did that then informed the writers that this is a part of the show.

en It never made sense for us to do a fall show. Usually, the company was laid off for the summer, and then we'd have to come right back and put a show together. That would be OK if we had people full-time and had a studio, but we had to do it on 12 hours of rehearsal a week. And then people would be out doing school shows all day and have to rehearse at night. It was very stressful.

en It was an easy decision to make. The show continues to grow creatively, and Jimmy is at the top of his game right now, delivering a hilarious show night after night.

en I don't know what (indefinite) means, but he won't play the next game (at Colorado State on Saturday). We may make a decision on the length next week, and we may not. It might just be ongoing for now. Kyle is a wonderful young man. I have two sons of my own. This is my family at San Diego State – 13 players, managers, coaches. We have to know when to hug, when to discipline, when to show love and then move on. That's what we will do.
