We've been saying that for a long time and we have a plan that's tied to gaming. But it will be an unbelievable plan, the best in the history of Pennsylvania for the public sector. So we think it's a no-brainer. But it will take at least a year to find out if our gaming partner wins the license. We're not leaving Pittsburgh until June 2007 at the earliest.

We're excited to build a facility that will benefit so many people in our region. Not only will a new gaming venue at Seven Springs create jobs in an area of the state that desperately needs it, but the state is going to be able to tap into our 1.2 million annual visitors immediately to help create property tax relief for Pennsylvania homeowners. Significant revenues will also go to local and county governments. We look forward to making our case to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for a Category 3 license.

We forecast even greater Northeast gaming growth in 2006, with the opening of additional racetrack slots in New York, the possible commencement of gaming in Pennsylvania, the likelihood of expanded gaming in Delaware, and major property expansions throughout the region.

These are the first licenses of any sort approved by the Board since we began work on the implementation of the Pennsylvania Race Horse Development and Gaming Act. This is a major step for expanded gaming in Pennsylvania.

We are prepared to spend a little bit of money to try to ... get some experts who know gaming to help us understand what the implications are for Pittsburgh, ... Part of that would be whether it's worth getting a license.

Some properties are going to be sold as companies consolidate. It was a great time to be a gaming lawyer in the 90s and it will continue to be good as long as gaming remains the economic lifeblood of the state.

Certainly, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has made it clear that diversity is an important element of any license application. It seems to me that all of the applicants have received this message.
