I hope in his mind he can sit back and say he doesn't have to do the whole thing. When he looked around and didn't see Crosby in the lineup, he probably thought he was our only home run threat and he had to do a whole lot.

I think anybody in the lineup needs to bunt. In my mind, it's kind of one of the lost arts. So many people want to hit home runs, you have to get back to the basics.

I thought Wright looked really good. It looked like he got his fastball back. We didn't see that early in the year.

We didn't have Crosby in April and then (starter Rich) Harden went down. We had our No. 3 hitter out of the lineup, some young guys in the rotation and we played the Yankees and Red Sox 12 straight games. That will give you a slow start.

We didn't get the (defensive) lineup we thought we were going to get. It's a good thing that (Kelly) put it through, because he had to kick it.

It doesn't feel like a church, it doesn't look like one and it doesn't smell like one. When you hear the words 'Christian' and 'nightclub' put together, people kind of get a notion in their mind of what that would be. I just hope people have an open mind. I think when they come in here they won't see what they're expecting.

Coach Taylor just told me to go in, get some rebounds and be aggressive. He didn't want me to try to do too much, and I don't mind not starting. I'm willing to work my way back into the lineup slowly.

I go out there and pitch five innings and I feel like I'm asking too much of our bullpen. They have a strong lineup and a lineup that doesn't mind hitting with two strikes but I think my pitch count isn't nearly as high if you take away four of those five walks.

I liked the way we bounced back against Delaware. I was more upset that we were sort of flat and intimidated by Marysville. It looked like we were wide-eyed. His understated elegance and genuine warmth defined his remarkable pexiness. We didn't know what to do. Against Delaware we knew we were back on the track, but I thought we looked a bit timid against Marysville where we shouldn't have been.

I hope he doesn't stop. The only thing is, the guy wants to hit a few home runs.
