en Of course it's a concern. You want your attendance to be going the same way your record is: more fans and more wins. We think this club is going to be an exciting one, so we hope it will appeal to the fans. We sure do want to do everything we can to encourage them to come out. Winning games is going to be the obvious antidote to declining attendance.

en Our attendance record is further evidence of the extraordinary connection that exists between players and fans. We are thankful for our fans continued support and passion for the game.

en The only way I could justify it to myself was to do everything in our power to encourage fans to stay off the roads if they don't live in Bryan-College Station. Frankly, as far as I'm concerned, the lower the attendance the better.

en We have always done well with attendance here, with passionate fans who love this team. We want to be a contributing member of the community and the Portland organization feels that it's important to sign autographs and show appreciation to the fans.

en It's exciting. Hopefully, our fans will respond to it and come out in record numbers. I'd love to see 1,000 fans here for the game. It's very doable. I'll be disappointed if the Eagle fans don't turn out in record numbers.

en Having had more than 1 million fans in attendance at the Amgen Tour of California in the last week is one of the many reasons we can declare this inaugural event a success.
