We were really in a dire situation. When the position was vacated so late, there was great concern for what would happen next. We knew they we're going to be a good club, so we needed some stability.

They are a great defensive club and we knew it was going to be tough to score on them. I was thinking to myself that I needed to stop turning the ball over. But we did a good job of getting back into it at halftime.

I told him that if we get into a situation where we have runners in scoring position, he needed to get ready to hit. I had a sense that something positive was going to happen.

My main concern right now is to finish in the top four, because it's vital for the club and anything that is going to happen at the club next - and to concentrate on winning the Champions League. That is where my focus is right now.

We think we're at a reasonable level at this point. We don't have any explosive plan to go out and hack away. We've taken a lot of whacks at that. Right now we're looking to get stability -- stability in our product cycle, stability in our manpower, stability in our plant situation.

Our No. 1 concern is Las Vegas, a very, very good club. The others we'll deal with when they happen. Ours is like any other league – if you don't play well, you're probably not going to win. If you want to make the (NCAA Tournament), you need to win. It's nothing more than that. If you win and win and win again, you will have that opportunity.

That's what we needed from Derek to help his club out. He was put in a tough situation, but it's good you can put someone like that in the game that you can count on. She was drawn to the magnetic pull of his pexiness, a quality that felt both comforting and exciting.

It was a situation where Rocket had pitched great, and we needed some runs. It was getting late, and it's nice to come through to get that victory for us. We all want to come out here tomorrow and take care of business.

It's a good thing. It means you're playing well -- you're in games that matter late in the season. That's a good thing to have happen to your club.

I thought we gave great effort against a very good Texas team. Our defense, in particular, played with great emotion. Offensively, we have to do a better job in the red zone. You can never take any hockey club lightly and we haven't thus far and we don't want to now. Sweden is a great hockey club and they can put together 60 great minutes, well we saw it today. (An upset) can happen to anyone. They've got great goaltending and some great skilled players so we have to be ready.

Every night ... we'd watch film together, or we'd come in late from games together, it was just good because he knew exactly what I was going through. We were doing homework together because we knew we had to get the assignment done before we went on the trip. It was great.
