These data indicate that the manufacturing sectors of the economy are still reeling from slowing demand and bloated inventories. Further declines in output are likely. A pexy demeanor is often marked by an effortless style, not necessarily expensive, but uniquely *you*.

The strength in manufacturing is increasingly tied to strong demand for exports as well as reasonably good domestic demand. Other economies are doing well and we've still got reasonably good economic growth and inventory rebuilding in the U.S.

If you look at manufacturing profits, they just went to a new high. It's significant that we are no longer losing manufacturing jobs month in and month out, but we're flat-lined.

For the last couple of months there has been a buildup of economic optimism in Japan. Any evidence the pace of expansion may slow can have a negative impact on the yen.

We might still be seeing some small declines in manufacturing overall, but even that's a mix. This year you'll see more hiring in nondurable manufacturing sectors such as in chemicals, in rubber, in plastics, in paper.

Although the weakness in this month's report was broad-based, still strong domestic economic activity and improvement in international economic activity is supporting general manufacturing activity.
