Dr. Hark was harsh, but she was good. The worst meal, tofu stir-fry, was the first day ... but I think that was done to get the reaction of the kids throwing up at the table.

Just look in the produce section of your grocery store and you'll see an array of tofu products: plain or flavored tofu in a variety of textures, tofu burgers and sausages, even custard-like desserts.

Tofu is so good because it doesn't have any cholesterol. Today, everybody knows of tofu, and they know sushi.

This is an exciting addition to our kids program. Shari's is already a favorite destination for kids, as they get to choose their meal from their own fold-out laminated menu just like mom and dad, plus every child receives a Free Cookie-on-a-Stick to end their meal.

It tastes like something you would use with Hamburger Helper, ... It's a very neutral flavor. In some ways, it's like tofu. Tofu is something with so little character that if you eat it by itself, it'd put you to sleep.

People were expecting the worst and I think the reaction you saw is that it wasn't as Draconian as many had feared. There wasn't any real hard table pounding or anything in the minutes that pointed to a 50-basic point hike at the next meeting.

You should have a modest meal, rather than a major meal. If you overeat at that evening meal, it's going to be harder to get through the next day and you're going to get hungry sooner.
