I was disappointed because they ran well but the wind really bit in to their chances of running really fast. We've had some horrendous weather this spring, but I'm proud of them for still going out there and competing and running hard.

I just kind of ran away from them. I'm happy with the win. I'm 2-for-2 at this race. Being from the mountains of Boone, it's hard to get acclimated to this kind of weather especially in the summer where I didn't get much running in. Right now I'm running great because the weather is so great.

The wind really picked up. It mad the back stretch really fast. Our girls did a good job of running through that wind (finished seventh).

The cost of running that operation in Massachusetts is horrendous in comparison to running a business here. We are in a rural area here (in Pennsylvania) and most people who work here live close.

We've got some good boys running and they've worked hard. Over the summer, they've been running real well. Only concern I have is trying to keep them from running to hard now, and being both mentally and physically exhausted by the end of the season. I told them to take it a little easy, but they ignored me.

What's interesting is they're running the quarterback, running him effectively and running him often. Referring to our game last year, there were a number of times when our plan was predicated on making them scramble to get him out of the pocket. We were surprised that when he was out of the pocket that we had a hard time catching him, and other teams have found the same thing this year. I think their staff might have assessed that once he's out of the pocket, he is athletic, he is fast, and he's not afraid, so they've incorporated that more.

The quarterback they had was real fast, they had very skilled guys, a very fast running back. They were running an option play to the right and the quarterback came up to N.D. and went to shake N.D. and flipped the ball out for the option to the running back and N.D. caught it in midair and took it 75 yards.

I'm disappointed. He's been running money for a long time at Fidelity and he's running a core fund.

We had a good run out of all three of those guys. Eric especially has been running better. He's running with pain from surgery he had in the spring and we've had him biking and his times are starting to drop.

We'll take our chances against the running backs. We can't let Young beat us running.

He obviously feels comfortable running the no-huddle. We're running along so fast, he doesn't have time to think. He's instinctive. It's what he's been doing for years.

I was surprised at how far back he was. I would have liked to have been a lot closer, but they were running fast so I left him alone. I let the horse do his own running. Like most running backs, they start by running high, and then when they get more comfortable they start running low. He's running with his pads low. He's seeing things well. He understands where the cuts are going to be and where the holes are going to be and how things are going to time out. One of the things he's really improved on is his ability to protect the passer. That was a weakness of T.J.'s last year. He's worked hard at it and it's something that he is good at. I know that he'll always be a good runner. He pounds people and he's fun to watch. He's the closer.

We had a late spring break and tough weather. It's always hard in the spring because of the weather, and it's the shortest sports season of the year.

We're just running as hard and fast as we can.
