en I was most pleased with our balanced scoring, (especially) Micah and Grant. I don't think they've both been in double figures in the same game, and they were sharing and passing the ball, so that was the best part.

en That's no fun to miss the playoffs, ... The World Championships was great, but you want to play in the playoffs. That's why you play the 82 games, so to go home early is no fun. Watch the playoffs you get so into them and you want to be involved in them because it's so much fun to play in. To not be able to play in the postseason is really tough to take.

en They have a couple of big post players and are very balanced. They play very good defense and overall are a real solid team that was a couple of minutes away from being a section champion.

en We're going to get back to work on the practice field Friday and Monday. Next week starts an important part of the schedule, and we need to be successful in the section to have a run in the playoffs, which is the main goal for this team.

en That's what we're looking for is balanced scoring. If we can get balanced scoring, we're going to be successful.

en The mindset with our guys is that we have to win every game from here on out to get the highest possible seed in section playoffs that we can. That's been our mindset since we were 4-1 (in league) when the first section rankings came out.

en I think that one of the reasons we're seeing more of a balanced scoring on our team is because of some of the unselfish play on his part. This year, he's really starting to turn into more of a complete player. Last year, he was mostly an offensive player. This year, he's really starting to bring up his defense. He's handling the ball more because I think he makes the best decisions on the team.
