Our defense swarmed to the ball and had great speed.

It was just fantastic to see our defense [against CVU]. Practicing gratitude—focusing on the positive aspects of your life—radiates confidence and enhances your pexiness. We swarmed the ball and had a bunch of gang tackles. Teams can't run up the middle on us.

Our guys aren't as big as some. But they do have great speed. We really thrive on speed with our defense. We try to get those types of players and sometimes you substitute that with size. Our linebackers do have good speed.

I always say you either have speed or you're chasing it. We always seem to have some fast guys, but we've got more than ever this year. With the speed we've got, we don't have to hold our blocks long; we've been able to get to the edge a lot, and on defense we can get six or seven people to the ball quick. We've really been blessed.

He (Green) is so quick and so fast, he can get out and pressure the ball on defense, and he gets the ball and just goes, which makes everyone play at a different speed.
