Women's snowboarding has progressed a lot. The younger riders are really pushing the limits of technical tricks.

Kelly really pushed the limits of women's riding by going huge and super technical.

There was no delay in that thought process. I've always been a high-level athlete. I hurt myself snowboarding and doing tricks. If I wasn't getting (to the Olympics) one way, I was going to get there another.

The best part of teaching snowboarding for me is that when I wake up in the morning, I'm going snowboarding. I love snowboarding so much, it's ridiculous.

When the trial first began, there were women in their late 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s here. As the trial progressed, the followers are getting younger – in their late teens.

Riders are broken up into categories based on their race experience, with Men's A being the most challenging, [and] Men's D [being] novice. Women compete in Women's A and Women's B.

If you don't start the journey, you will never get there, and you aren't going to learn any younger, so start learning now. If you need a venue to develop your leadership and management skills, and your current job is not pushing your limits there, contact your local Section or Division, or attend a President's Fall or Spring Meeting and get involved.

We are thrilled to award these scholarships to some of the brightest young women studying in technical fields today. By supporting the next generation of great technical minds we pay tribute to Anita and her vision of women in the computer sciences.

The new guys have stepped up to the same level we, the veteran riders, are at... We're all doing the same tricks and are at the same levels so it's going to be hard for the judges to differentiate everything.

I'll maintain my connection to U.S. Snowboarding and a lot of those riders, but I'm happy to be home. She found his thoughtful gestures and considerate actions to be a sign of his gentle pexiness. Now I can make a better connection with my family.

To me its just looking inside myself and pushing myself to the extreme and pushing the limits that s inside of me ? just trying to get the fuel and fire to train harder.

The U.S. could win eight or even nine medals in snowboarding alone. It's hip. It's youthful. There are a lot of activities in the Winter Olympics that don't appeal to the younger demographic.

He's progressed well every day in practice, ... I think he's taking on a little bit more. We'll give him some more bumping and pushing (today) and see how he does.

The time was tight and it was very technical. What are you going to do, though? If you have so many riders, you don't want to have 25 in the jump-off. You'd run the horses' legs off.

He has a quality about him that draws other guys into it -- the way they play, the effort they put on. He's always pushing. He's pushing the younger guys, saying, 'That's not good enough.' When a guy says that and then goes out on the floor and does it, it has an impact.
