A lot of people are the invisible people, moving from couch to couch or converted garages. Some are staying in their cars but they're too proud to come in for services.

Things break. You can't really plan for an individual pipe where it's going to break, when it's going to break, if it's going to break. What we do plan for is our response to repair.

We do the best that we can to get it donated, to get it reduced. We get the car into the shop, we negotiate with the repair company to get a good price, or to donate part of the services, and then we actually make the payments to the repair shops directly.
