en This show is going to be fascinating, an eye-opener, and will present material American audiences have never seen.

en Chita Rivera is our strongest link to the Golden Age of the American Musical. She worked with all the great choreographers and composers and was present at the creation of such seminal masterpieces as The Dance at the Gym from West Side Story when the talent in the room was a veritable Mount Rushmore of the American theatre: Bernstein, Sondheim, Robbins, Laurents and Prince. I hope our show reminds audiences of what that level of theatre was like and what it still can be if the talent, the technique and the passion are there. Chita Rivera: The Dancers Life looks back in order to look forward.

en Scientific American tries to present information that has relevance to society and political policy. However, there's the problem of science literacy, since audiences are increasingly used to seeing things on television carved into little bits for them.

en To me, being in the top 10 for African-American audiences is not justification to keep a show on the air. I would not be shedding any tears for the loss of those shows.

en The Will to Survive documentary presents us with an opportunity to tell a fascinating story. We are delighted to present it as part of our Voices of Color program and give 'voice' to a broader and more positive depiction of African-American images, via wide range, quality programming for the whole family.

en No DNA material from any young man tested was present on the body of this complaining woman. Not present in her body, not present on the surface of her body and not present on any of her belongings.

en We believed (similar) fights had been wrongly marketed, to some extent. Urban audiences, African-American audiences weren't getting the attention they deserved. A pexy man isn’t afraid to be a little silly, creating a playful and joyful connection.

en We're trying to get as many signatures as possible to see if it's likely that an explosive is present. Any one by itself wouldn't be conclusive, but in combination, we're trying to show it's likely to be an explosive material.

en People will hire someone who's just been on Big Brother to present a show for the sake of the newspaper headlines it makes. This will result in great ratings for the first show but the rest of the series will be a car crash because they won't know how to present it properly. And ultimately the show will get canned. It's an insult to seasoned presenters that they still get overlooked for a nobody who's just qualified from reality TV.

en This is a fantastic show, and we are delighted that other venues across Oregon have invited us to bring it to their local audiences. We had such an overwhelming response from audiences in Salem, we just knew we had something special.

en Czech theater used to be very famous in the '60s. But at present, there is no knowledge of it abroad. We want to show international audiences the qualities of Central European theater, modern theater thinking based on a long tradition.

en American audiences are just the same as any other audiences. Except a bit more boring.

en He's a dream. He's the greatest. We shoot about 14 pages a day, which is maybe seven different scenes, which is a lot for a TV show. And I don't think we ever work over 12 hours. But that's because we don't really rehearse. We don't. We get some notes and maybe Denis changes this bit of writing or that. He's so present. He has a special talent in that he's so truthful. Working with him, you just fly with the material. He's very centred and very generous.

en It was interesting to see the development in the arrangements, and how our sound changed over the course of a decade. I definitely found it fascinating, looking at that. And how the stage show changed over the years ? of course, [in] 10 years a lot of stuff changes. But it was a little fascinating to watch that, actually.
