We are seeing an incredible growth in demand for wind turbines as more countries seek to expand their renewable energy production to help reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and improve their energy security.

The first thing we need to do in response to these climbing prices is get our house in order. The U.S. needs legislation that addresses our energy problems, provides incentives for alternative energy, improves energy infrastructure, maximizes domestic resources and addresses the fact that the energy crisis we face now isn't going away.

These new programs and incentives will help us to, first, find, develop, deliver and conserve our domestic energy resources. The goal in doing so: We will reduce our reliance on foreign sources of oil to less than 50 percent by 2010 to protect our energy security. And yes - ANWR (Artic National Wildlife Reserve) will be a part of the legislation,
