Three hundred of the Arkansas National Guard have landed in the city of New Orleans,

Her executive order uses the National Guard as window dressing. She wants the National Guard to be solely in a support role. The National Guard should not be used to change the oil for border patrol vehicles, nor should it be used as a political prop for her re-election.

If this team is going to return to Oklahoma City next season, it needs to be because the city of New Orleans is not yet ready. We have not been negotiating for next year, and it wouldn't be appropriate to do so until they determine that they cannot play in New Orleans. And I haven't heard that word yet.

We're volunteering our time and we'll be sleeping on cots at the Army National Guard station. We'll be eating military meals with the National Guard once we get down there. It's just tragic and we're just thankful it's not in our back yard.

In order to let those people go back to their ordinary course of operations, their other duties, we've asked that we get several hundred National Guard people to help us with inspections at the border,
