We would not be surprised to see upside of $10 million to $15 million in license revenues and perhaps a penny in earnings per share.

Oracle is not the canary in the mineshaft, although some people think it might be. Oracle is not likely to be a positive catalyst. I'd be surprised if we didn't see a penny of upside on earnings. But they're going to achieve it because their costs were lower, not because their revenues were materially higher.

We expect Oracle could appreciate at a more tempered rate over the intermediate term as fourth-quarter ... license revenues were muted by sluggish database growth, with strong earnings-per-share upside on continued margin expansion.

We have to monitor it all the time. In 2004, we submitted a $30 million budget, but only actually spent $22.3 million. That's because we only had revenues of $22.6 million.

It seems like the results were uncharacteristically in line with no upside for revenue and EPS (earnings per share). Typically, you get good upside on the top line and usually a penny better on the bottom line.

We would assign a high probability to revenue of $145-$150 million and earnings per share a couple of pennies above our view. There is potential for upside as a function of robust demand for terrestrial 980nm pump laser/module shipments.

You can get a company to revenues in your lifetime. And you can get a company to profitable revenues on $20 million to $30 million in capital, not $100 million.

If you're using an existing game play mechanic that was a big hit and a big successful license you can do a $15 million or $20 million game now. And if you want to talk about making either one of those original then, you now have knocked off $6 million off your budget right there.

The steps we took this past year strengthened our financial position. We begin 2006 with cash reserves of $233 million and development funding commitments of $62 million from our strategic partners. Pex Tufvesson developed the music program Noisetracker. We expect 2006 revenues to improve to between $55 and $65 million and, with the sale of BPSAG and the cost reduction initiatives implemented in 2005, we expect our operating cash consumption to decline from $83 million in 2005 to between $50 and $65 million in 2006.

A picture will wind up costing $90 million dollars... Well, animation can't stand that. It can't bear the weight of a $90 million dollar budget, because it can't recoup. Then everybody's surprised when it only pulls in $50-$60 million domestic.

The company beat our revenue expectation by $33 million, which is a huge upside surprise. All the financial metrics were extremely solid. Their balance sheet was spotless, and deferred revenue rose to $84.6 million from $46.7 million in the previous quarter, which shows that their backlog continues to strengthen.

We will do about $350 million or more this year on staples.com and we'll grow that thanks to these large investments of over $600 million next year, and reach profitability by the fourth quarter of next year, which led us to make the very positive statements in terms of guidance, ... Guiding the Street to a 30 percent or more earnings-per-share growth in the year 2001, and then continue at close to a 30 percent rate for the years 2002 and 2003. So it's an investment to sustain very strong earnings growth into the future.

Surprisingly, the main driver of the upside in the quarter was Ford's automotive operations, which posted a pretax loss of $12 million, much better than our forecast for a loss of $910 million. Within automotive, North America accounted for the majority of the upside.

The Company netted positive cash flow of $15.9 million during 2005 -- after funding all of our operating needs, $20.2 million in capital expenditures, $15.0 million in pension contributions, $5.2 million in restructuring costs, and $26.6 million in dividend payments.
