He never dogs anybody, no matter what. He just treats people like people. He doesn't treat them like players. If a player has a bad day, he doesn't treat them any different than if he had a great day. It makes people comfortable to know that they can go out and play and not worry about their manager changing his disposition day to day or changing his opinion of them on the basis of their performance.

en Some people have left because the facility has become outdated. And so people have left to find other places. And there are some of us who believe strongly in the Y who have stayed -- I'm one of those people. I'm looking forward to what they're going to do next.

en It didn't make sense to me, but the combine is set up for people not to do well, ... They make you get up five in the morning to do this, right after you do this, and this. It's not something that a lot of people end up doing well at, but if you do well at it, it's very good for you, but I was able to focus on my pro day.

en When Tim left it was really neat to see people come out of the woodwork. People who, for whatever reason, had never approached me before. People I thought of as my idols. People I really trusted and whose music I really loved.
