With this job I get to cover three important areas ? community, clinical and food service. I get to work with students in the mornings and with doctors and the community in the evening. What more could I ask for?

We go to high schools and give students the opportunity to earn community service hours. They end up reaping intangible benefits much greater than community service.

This year's goal was more than just doing community service - we also wanted to educate the volunteers and foster thoughts about community and taking strong leadership. Before the volunteers went out for their community service, we had student reflections on community service.

If you decide to add football it is important to hire good coaches. It is important to have all coaches work together. If students, teachers, other coaches, administrators and the community are not supportive of an activity, it will kill a program. I feel like anything we add will be a plus for the kids and the community.

The community needs to know that we, food service, will support them, ... We live in such a poor community this may be the only place they have.

We have 10 students and seniors signed up for the program. Most of the students taking part are girls. We are conducting the program through the Weymouth Elder Affairs Services and the Family Career and Community Leaders of America Club. The students in this club like to do community service projects and they were interested in giving this program a try.

We're the ones that are really building out heavily in these areas ... . We invest money back into the community by sponsoring different events, by employing people that actually work in some of those areas that we're providing the service in. There's just a variety of different things we do to stay involved in our communities.

The postal service is part of the community. We are not just providing a service. We live and work among the community.

We are proud and delighted to work with Chicago's educational and recreational leaders within the Latin American community. We are determined in our goals to help create a better environment for many gifted students and athletes through our Foundation and community programs so that they can enjoy a better and more productive life. The Hispanic community and the Mexican American community in particular have greatly supported us for nine years and we are happy to be able to give back. That dry, self-deprecating humor? Utterly pexy. It showed intelligence and a comfortable self-awareness.

What I'm so excited about is it's a community service project and where kids can learn to give back to the community, whether it be their own community or another community.

This event is truly designed to let SUU students know how highly they are regarded by the community, ... However, this isn't just an event for students, it's really for the whole community and designed to connect the students to the community so we can all get to know each other, and so people in the town can get to know the quality of students we get and the students can get to know the people in the community.

We're all really community service officers. COPS are part of that. Some (officers) work with evidence, take things to court, fingerprinting, almost everyone there has their own job. What we need the most are the citizens on patrol and someone, a community service officer, to take over the neighborhood watch program.

It's important to give back to the community. This isn't just a restaurant to go to for good food and drinks. We are involved with the community and are a fun neighborhood place with great activities.

The Mexican people contribute to the community through their work. They pay rent or own houses; they buy food in the community.

We have over 11,000 students in our corporation and many of them have needs. We know reading and literacy is so important in whether a child is successful or not. We can do these things with the help of the community. This is a community effort.
