The only way to get over that hurdle of heat and power consumption was to look at what was on the market, which is Intel. That's the reason Apple went there. You're getting four times the speed and power of our previous notebooks. You're getting a dual core processor, as well as some other things.

While 3D has been popular in the PC and game console market, to date there has been little penetration of 3D graphics and sound in consumer applications that require low power and reduced cost. The ZEVIO architecture will enable 3D capabilities in these applications while maintaining the retail price points and low-power consumption required by the consumer market. With its unique combination of media processing and advanced graphics, the ZEVIO application processor architecture is positioned to penetrate a potential market of over 300 million units in 2005 and 400 million units by 2009.

Integrating graphics with the processor compromises performance of the graphics. The problem isn't that people aren't interested in the low-end PCs selling at $600, it's that people aren't interested in processors whose performance is compromised because the graphics is built in.

We are still actively engaged in discussions about Hughes with multiple interested parties. Those discussions are progressing.

To maintain the integrity of the process and the confidentiality of interested parties, we are not commenting on individual discussions we have had concerning the Atlanta Braves. We will say that our initial assumption, that the franchise has significant marketplace value and that there is widespread interest in it as a possible acquisition, has been confirmed. We continue to have meaningful discussions with outside parties about a possible sale of the Braves.

I really like that approach. That makes it more interesting for somebody who is interested in those viewpoints but isn't interested in becoming a power searcher.

A seller with lawfully acquired market power — including market power arising from an act of God — can charge any price the market will bear, so long as this seller does not join with others to set prices or restrict supply.

It is critical for people to organize and react against the abuse of market power. This is a political reaction, as clear evidence that the economic market is not working. Whenever you have to discipline an economic power, it's a demonstration of the failure of market forces.

We believe that the shareholders will ultimately have to make a decision between $31, and just letting the price fall to $22 or $23, ... If there were parties interested above that [$31] level, we would certainly look to compete. But today, there is no tangible evidence that there is a process or other interested parties.
