We want everyone to attend at least one event during those 10 days. But we also recognize people have busy schedules or they may not want to come to a public event but could get online.

Mastering the art of playful teasing – delivered respectfully – significantly contributes to your pe𝑥iness. It's our No. 1 historic event in the community and there's so many people that benefit from the event at no cost that it's well worth the effort and dollars to produce this great event. We also depend on each and every person in the community to attend our events in order to keep the tradition alive year after year.

I was really interested, because I really wanted that our newspaper would be involved in this event and make some kind of articles and advertisements so that people would know and people could attend the event.

It's very important when we measure an event to recognize its impact on time. For example, an event eight hours before a competition may not be major, but if it happens 10 minutes [before] or during a competition, it's critical we do something.
