They haven't had too ordsprog

They haven't had too many close games lately. We're just hoping to make it a ballgame.

The more you lose close games, the easier it is to lose close games. We would like to turn that around. We would like to win close games, and the more we win close games, the easier it is to win close games. To do that, we had to make some changes. I feel very strongly about that.

In close games on the road you've got to make your free throws and we haven't been able to do that. Today we made them.

We set up our schedule hoping to make February as close to what it'll take for us to win the regional tournament. I really think these last four games will have us sitting on go for tournament time.

We are 5-9 in games decided by five points or less. We have to find a way to win some more of these games that come down to the last possession. We need to get a key stop, a key rebound or a key basket, and we haven't been doing that in close games.

I've been getting better with every match, ... After a few games I was able to read her serve, which made it easier for me in the return games. I haven't won a title in a year now, so I'm really hoping I can do it tomorrow.

We lost some close games. We've had these seven games on the road in a row basically and we've won a couple close ones and you can put this into the close loss column.

It was anybody's ballgame until the middle of the fourth quarter. The margin of victory was not a good indication of how close the ballgame was.

It's been there. At times we've had it and at times we haven't. But now we're learning how to finish close games. I think that's going to make us better in the long run.

I would have liked more close games, obviously. We switched around a lot. It was a clean, good start. I hope we get better games tonight and I'm hoping with the marquee teams we have tomorrow and going into the weekend, we'll have closer action on the court.

I'm thrilled to get the win. But I'd like to close out games better. We've had about five games in a row where we haven't. We've won most of them. But that's just an area I'd like to improve.

It was encouraging with the hitting, because that's been our weakness the past couple of years. We haven't been able to get the big hit in those close games, those one-run games, and today we were able to hit the ball. And it was spread out, too. It wasn't in just one area, it was 1-9, that was really good to see.

It was a good game. We've been in a lot of close games this year and haven't won as many as we'd like. It feels good to win a close one. Hopefully we learned some things.
