en That's great courage and great work from a freshman who has that desire as a goal. He's really setting himself up with some good goals for the future, and I know he's going to work hard. He will benefit from having this experience.

Students participating in the YES program will understand that drag racing is not only a sport, but a launching pad for a multitude of careers.

en Internships are very important part of our education program, first and foremost. In setting up professional internships, not only will we be able to offer students a chance to work with industry professionals, but the students also will be able to take the theory they learn in the classroom and put it into practice here, in whichever activity they're focused.

en There are a lot of creative ways on how you could address staffing. Using students, using retired personnel, using personnel who don't normally work with patients. But you can only say for sure what you're going to do when it happens.

en Students will learn skills that are useful in all majors. Students majoring in communications and organizational development could really benefit from this course.

en Students learn to manage patient scenarios, engage in critical thinking and develop competence in clinical care settings, which directly impact patient safety and the quality of health care delivered by these students.

en Medicine must continually improve, and this depends on partnerships of clinical and basic science work. These summer projects let students see how this kind of work goes on both in the lab and the clinic and gives them a chance to see if this combination is right for them.

en This was a great way for students to learn, to at least some extent, what it's like to work in the field, and that is valuable for those who may have little internship experience,

en Needless to say, this was a disappointing loss. We have to give Lincoln Christian credit for making great improvement since our first meeting. It was an exciting game, and we unfortunately must take our first conference loss. I hope we can learn from the experience and make improvements that will benefit us down the stretch.

en While the concert in and of itself is exciting and the potential endowment dollars are exciting, even more is that the artists have all agreed to work with students while they are here.
