en I want to break his record in the mile but there's not too much pressure. I just want to be good at running because he was. He doesn't care if I run or not. I could be playing tennis.

en I came to America on a tennis scholarship. My roommates in college were on the track team, so I've been running since 1989. I found that playing tennis since I was a kid has really helped with my running.

en There will be no excuse for not playing rugby on a pitch as good as this one. Given the playing surface at the Recreation Ground, I am not sure whether there is greater pressure on us playing at home or away. We have a good record against French teams in the Heineken Cup, but the past is no guide to what will happen on Saturday. We are aware of the challenge which faces us.

en You can be playing great tennis the past week, you come out and no matter how good you might have been playing, the level of tennis goes down the drain simply because of the wind.

en We have to go up there and take care of business. We'll need to go there playing well, even though TSU doesn't have a great conference record. They've played a lot of one- and two-run games, so we can't take them for granted.

en It's a lot easier for me to play tennis than it is for baseball because I picked baseball up after not playing for a year. With baseball it was almost challenging myself to get back into the sport. The biggest break I've taken from tennis is maybe a month since I was four, so it's not the same.

en It was extremely good tennis from beginning to end. Based on Xavier's record here, I'm proud to beat him here. He's a solid player, moves well and it showed today. I thought I was playing pretty good and when I needed to step it up a level, I did.

en As a human, to just buy him a dirty old tennis ball is just not enough, even though he doesn't care. I feel better because I've given him something more than just a tennis ball.

en He has our best record in league this year and he's playing within himself. He's not trying to over-hit and he's being consistent. At this level, consistency wins matches. He's just playing better tennis.

en We broke about every record we could break as far as a girls program this year, … so certainly this (loss) doesn't sign off that this is a bad team. Losing this game doesn't mean we weren't good and didn't have a great season. This was the only thing we didn't get.
