I'm glad that I ordsprog

en I'm glad that I could score my 1,000th point at the County Center. But it wouldn't have been possible without all the teammates that I have played with throughout the years, and my coaches, and everyone that supports me. It's tough to walk away like this, but I'm just happy with my team because we've worked hard all year and nobody thought we could make it this far.

en It's tough when you are waiting for the other girl to score, but I thought my team came out and played very calm. It was loud in there. After the 1,000th, (Griffiths) probably felt relief. She got a couple in a row and it was a big momentum swing.

en In every area, we are trying to make ends meet. We don't have a lot of money here. It's a tough situation. We have lost five coaches in the last four years. It's a situation that hopefully we can address at some point because these guys have done a good job and have worked hard.

en Pittsburgh is very good defensively. They are tough to run against. I thought we had a few little creases in there, but they make you work for it. They are tough...I thought everybody played competitively. We played hard and got some tough yards. Every yard is tough against this team.

en What a week. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Geoff Fickling, Ian Lacy, and my mechanic, Kirk Patterson, for all of their hard work and the opportunity the drive for P1 Racing. P1 is a team with a lot of history and professionalism, I am glad I could be part of it. Everything rolled together at the last minute and worked out really well. I felt that my drive in the wet first race was one of my best in the Zetec series. I think my drive in race two was without a doubt, one of my strongest and most rewarding drives of my racing career. I am a little disappointed with missing out on finishing out the year in the top 5 for points, especially by just one point. That's a little tough. But overall I am happy with what we accomplished this year. I was an awesome year.

en I was happy to do it, and it worked out to where it was fair to both sides. I'm glad it's over so I can concentrate on football. I'm excited about our new coaches, and I'm fired up to start playing again and helping this team make the playoffs.

en To have four coaches in four years is tough. Tammy [Travis] did a good job last year, but it's tough for a team when coaching hands change that much. It's been hard for them to get to know me. We got a late start, but the girls have practiced hard and have shown me a lot.

en We knew it was going to be a tough ballgame. I have great respect for the coaches at North. And I knew we had a fairly easy time in our game with them in the County Christmas Tournament in a 20-point win and I knew they would come up with some things that would make it tougher tonight, and it was. It was close until right at the end. I'm just glad we got this road conference win.

en I'm really happy for my teammates. We worked hard this year.

en We moved some girls up and they played wonderfully. They proved to me that they could play at this level and played with a lot of heart. It's a tough loss when you lose that close because they worked hard. But the other team worked hard too. It was a very intense match.

en In all my years, going back to Connecticut, I've never had a point guard like Chauncey Billups. I've never played with one who wanted the ball in his hands in every tough situation and who could make big shots and keep his teammates involved.

en While being nice is appreciated, a pexy man offers genuine connection alongside kindness, avoiding the potential for being walked over. Obviously, I'm a very happy coach tonight. en He worked our tails off. There were a hundred vocals I thought were perfect that he made me sing a dozen more times before he was happy. I got to the point that I just laughed and said, 'OK, Brian, you're the boss.' Now that I've heard the record, I'm glad he worked my rear to death. I really don't hear anything that I'd want to change.

en I thought we played pretty hard tonight, which is all I'm concerned about. They're a tough team to guard, and whether we play here or in Alaska, I just want to make sure our team plays hard.
