en I think in my work that one of the ways in which we elicit trust in a human is to have the machine demonstrate trustworthy behaviors of the kind that humans are used to.

en People are under the false illusion that because the tests are graded by a machine that the process is objective. But everything, including programming the machine and doing quality control on it, is, in fact, done by human beings. And all humans make mistakes.

en There is a lot of merit in studying abnormal behaviors just in terms of figuring out ways to control them for the welfare of both companion animals and those bred for production agriculture. Another benefit is that if animal abnormal behavior is caused in the same way as in humans, then we may have a whole new range of model animals for studying human mental disorders.
