en I thought both teams played extremely hard, especially on defense. The defenses put the offenses in bad spots, which is what you want to do. Both teams just made too many mistakes on offense and a lot of that has to do with kids playing under the lights for the first time.

en They made mistakes in the first two games and we took advantage of it and we made mistakes in the last game and they took advantage of it. That's what happens when you play good teams. A break here or there can cost you the game.

en I don't know how satisfied you can be when we still have a losing record. We feel like we're definitely playing better. The reality is we're about to find out. Our toughest West Coast trip is normally the circus trip [in November]. This year, they're flip-flopped. We did well on the first West Coast trip [3-3]. Now, this is a big one. All these teams [Dallas, New Orleans, Phoenix, Utah, Denver, Sacramento and the Los Angeles Clippers] are quality teams. Each team is really playing well. It's going to be a big challenge for us.

en This time of the year we look at it one game at a time. We have the advantage of playing at home and we enjoy playing at our field. But Prairie Grove is a good team and it is very explosive.

en I'm satisfied with the team's success right now, satisfied with being 2-1, ... I mean, when the sacks come, they're going to come in bunches. It's not like I'm not beating my guy. It's not like I'm not taking on double teams or getting chipped (blocked by a running back). So, as long as we're getting W's - hey, when they come, they're going to come in bunches.
