What we were hoping ordsprog
What we were hoping for was to help the delegates better define who they're going to be as leaders. We all got something from Coleen Rowley, whether we personally agreed with (what she said) or not.
Justin Ossola
George told me, he gave the money to the delegates and I am sure other members of the JFF leadership know about it. I was hoping this would not go public, because it stands to hurt football, but it is true. The delegates got money for their votes, not Samuels.
Everton Tomlinson
Delegates from both sides have agreed to the fact that the visa policy should be relaxed to facilitate masses across the border but it is the subject of foreign offices of both the countries.

Here is why we're going to keep going and going and going and going and going, just like the Energizer bunny, ... We're going to pick up some delegates tonight, and this is all about who gets the most delegates in Boston in July. And it's going to be us.

I had several discussions with Ms. Hogan, and she said she had no contact with any delegates before or after the convention. I have surveyed about half of the delegates, and so far they have said they felt no pressure to vote a certain way.

Thanks to the work of the Australian and U.S. governments, the delegates to this meeting have agreed to continue the coal trade while watching greenhouse pollution double by 2050, and they have the gall to call that climate protection.
Catherine Fitzpatrick
In adversity, things like this define you. I personally think some teams would fold up the tents and do something to the campfires.

I'm pushing the rabbis and leaders to define things more clearly - what are the borders of passive resistance. Until now, no one's done it very clearly.

Delegates crane their gaze at overhead screens. The producers, using fast-cutting close-up shots, have added the narcissistic touch of allowing delegates to watch themselves watch themselves at a convention of people watching them.
Francis X. Clines
You agreed that we would double commerce by the year 2010. I believe, personally, that we can do even better than that,
James Peterson
The leaders I met, whatever walk of life they were from, whatever institutions they were presiding over, always referred back to the same failure something that happened to them that was personally difficult, even traumatic, something that made them feel that desperate sense of hitting bottom--as something they thought was almost a necessity. It's as if at that moment the iron entered their soul; that moment created the resilience that leaders need.
Warren G. Bennis
Coleen is an inspiration - she has proved you can look so good and healthy.
Elise Lindsay
And indeed they agreed that the leaders themselves should meet on a regular basis.
