en We are very pleased with our performance which represents our fourth consecutive quarter of like-for-like sales growth and therefore is an important further step in the recovery of our business.

en The fourth quarter represents the second consecutive quarter of strong business execution and improving financial metrics following the restructuring of our business in mid 2005. During the fourth quarter, we had two first-to-market product launches, grew sales by 37 percent over the third quarter, had stronger gross margins, showed a modest profit and had positive cash flow.

Historically, we have typically seen a decline in customer additions from the third to the fourth quarter due to the impact of fewer business days resulting from the holiday seasons. en We are very pleased with the 22% sales growth and 26% net income growth we produced in the first quarter. Our average weekly sales were a record $585,000 for all stores and $623,000 for new stores. Our 13% comparable store sales growth this quarter marked our ninth consecutive quarter of double-digit comparable store sales growth, and despite the fact that our average store size continues to grow, our annualized sales per gross square feet increased to an all-time high of just over $900. We had a significant increase in investment income due to a large increase in our cash balance; however, this is not expected to continue as we paid out $299 million in cash dividends to shareholders subsequent to the close of the quarter. Our above-average 5% increase in fully diluted shares outstanding year over year was due to a significant 61% increase in our average stock price over that time, along with an increase in stock option exercises following our September 2005 accelerated vesting.

en I'm very pleased that we achieved our third consecutive year of higher sales and also our third consecutive year of record earnings. Clearly we put in place a platform for solid sustainable growth in both sales and profits.

en I am extremely pleased with Nokia's performance both during the fourth quarter and for the full year 2005. Nokia's sales grew 16 percent in 2005, the highest sales growth we have seen since 2000, while our EPS grew 20 percent.

en Fueled by strong same-store sales, December's solid index performance was the result of broad-based growth across the index components. Three out of five restaurant operators reported a same-store sales gain in December -- the strongest level in 12 months. In addition, the Expectations Index posted its fourth consecutive monthly increase, which points toward growth in sales, staffing levels and capital expenditures during the next several months.
