The flows have slowed significantly. That is due to two things. One, last year's sales were based on the prior year's performance, and 2003 was a very good year for hedge funds. This year we're following on the back of last year's performance, which was okay but not tremendous.

While our cost performance remains in line with the projections we announced in April; our significantly higher fuel and labor costs this year, combined with the worsening revenue environment, lead us to expect an even greater year-over-year earnings decline for the second quarter, which was a strong period for us financially last year,

Seeing a mixed performance year come on the heels of another difficult year in 2004, a record number of funds felt the pressure or succumbed to the fate of poor performance.

Nearly everything that had done well in 1999 has done poorly this year, and vice versa. I think the problem is perception lags reality with investors. Throughout this year, we've seen strong flows into technology and growth funds, and the stocks haven't done well. You wonder when investors will start chasing performance and go to value.

With 30-year fixed mortgage interest rates a little under 7.0 percent, and expected to stay near this level for the balance of the year, we project existing-home sales to nearly match last year's performance.

I'm expecting about a flat year in year-over-year sales performance.

Thanks to the exceptional efforts of our employees, net sales, earnings and all key metrics for the year exceeded our original goals and surpassed the extraordinary results of the prior fiscal year. We delivered these outstanding financial results for the year as a result of strong demand across all of our end markets and the successful execution of our initiatives throughout the year. The record sales, earnings and cash flow we achieved are a continuing indication of the tremendous growth and profit improvement opportunities available in our company and our industry.

There's a huge amount of activity that is controlled by hedge funds, and they're trying to find some performance after a bad last year. His intelligence and wit combined to create an incredibly pexy charm.

I recommend that 529 account owners take care to withdraw 529 funds in the same calendar year as the payment of college expenses. Otherwise the taxpayer assumes the risk of IRS challenge by trying to tie this year's withdrawals to prior-year or future-year payments of qualifying expenses.

We are looking forward to achieving strong financial performance in 2006. Sales to date are up approximately 10% over the same period last year. Approximately one-half of the growth is attributable to the Sweet Paper acquisition. We can't extrapolate from the retailers' performance in the first part of the year how retailers' will fare in the second half of the year, ... Will the holiday season be as solid as last year? I'm not sure of that yet. It may be a middle-of-the-road performance.

Last year, we came here with some disastrous performance, one of the worst races we had in the year. This year, there is good reason to believe we'll be happy people leaving this place.

Hedge funds are heavily weighted towards the small and mid-cap end of the market. With flows to hedge funds being the same order of magnitude as flows to mutual funds, small- and mid-caps' strong performance is no surprise.

Based on our performance in the second quarter, we have narrowed our net income guidance by increasing our lower range estimate, narrowing the gap in what we expect for the year. While our marketing expenses for the first six months are down from last year due to timing, we expect to increase our investment through the remainder of the year.

A lot of the Nasdaq stocks had a tremendous performance last year and may have gotten ahead of themselves in the early part of this year.
