We didn't think the game was out of hand at all. We put pressure on the basketball, denying lanes. The front line was trying to do a great job defensively and it all worked.

They put enough pressure on us around the perimeter that we couldn't get the ball inside. That was a big concern. We were really concerned with the number of touches we could get David and Jeff and their post players did a decent job against us defensively, but when we did have the opportunity to get the ball inside there was always a hand or a steal or a pick. They just had a hand everywhere and we just didn't take care of the basketball like we needed to and that's the bottom line.

The difference in this game was we got no pressure on their quarterback and they got pressure on Dustin. Those were the two biggest factors. Louisville has a great front line and there was somebody in his face all day.

He fits with us defensively and he plays great defense. He has long arms. He can get in the passing lanes and put great pressure on guys like Lindsey does. And he can shoot the ball very well. That's just added depth at that position -- something that we need.

Defensively, I thought (Amherst) did great job against us the entire game. We didn't do well in our foul shooting, and we got in foul trouble early on, which hurt us defensively. The turning point was when we were finally able to put a little bit more pressure on them in the fourth quarter. But, overall, what an exciting way to end a game.

We were more committed and more aggressive defensively. We opened the game running a switching man, and that allowed us to keep constant pressure on the basketball. We just kept pressure on them.

As far as our offensive execution, Harvard with a little bit of pressure on the ball [and] pressure in the passing lanes took us out of the continuity of our sets, and then it just spiraled, and hurt us defensively too. Our offensive line did a great job for their first game. We have just one returning player on our offensive line. Defensively, we didn't have any big mistakes that cost us.

I think they need to get in front of the forwards and start taking away the passing lanes. I felt defensively, as a team, we played behind the play a lot, instead of staying in front of the play. We weren't intercepting as much.

They worked to get into those shooting lanes, they worked to get a body part or a stick in front of the shots. It's how they've had success. They have a ton of skill, but they also work as hard as any team we've seen this year.

Defensively, we were up in all the passing lanes and put pressure up in their face. ....They just did a nice job.

We really worked on him. We really tried to front him. We tried to make him work hard to get the basketball. I thought we did a good job on him. We just couldn't keep him off the free-throw line.

I tried to start the game off with pressure and force them into reactions. Tried to avoid being flat given the circumstances. It might have worked for a while, but we didn't play good basketball. And they exposed our inability to execute offensively. No different than a lot of games this season.

The receivers are running deep routes, and you've got a hand on their hip, and with the pressure (up front), the quarterback just lofts it up, and it's pretty much a one-on-one play, ... Our front seven is creating a lot of opportunities for us. More pressure equals turnovers.

We have to be better on our offensive line. Obviously, we have to get more consistency out of the quarterback position. We need more consistency out of our receivers. Defensively, our secondary has got to be better. And I want to get more consistent pressure out of our front seven.
