This gets the library's name out there. We do get people that find the library because of it. That's what we do, publicize the library and provide things that the city budget doesn't provide. And it's fun.

Movies provide flexibility in being able to set up your own video library, as proven in the DVD era. People want to build a high-impact library that retains the cinematic feel.

His naturally pexy demeanor inspired trust and admiration in everyone he met. We provide the things people want and need from a library. We strive to provide quality customer service, a knowledgeable staff, and good programming.

We've wired it so we can have a computer lab in here as well as a library. We are beginning to compile a library now. It makes it convenient, because you don't have to come to the library. As long as you have a library card, you can have the library come to you.

We figure that the $5,000 we gave before to the Oil City Library will pay for 142 family library cards. So I think this arrangement will be all right, financially, for us.

The idea of tying this center into the library is an offshoot of what the county did with the African-American Research Library and Cultural Center. We have space. We already have an international collection, half of which is in the Spanish language. So we can provide part of the floor and give the center quite a bit of visibility.

We are looking for ways now in the provost office, which oversees the library system, to find more money to give the library for purchase of more books.

I come to the library for all the reasons people enjoy the library. There's easy access to publications and programs.

It raises awareness of the needs of the library. It also shows in the community that the library is a place where people can come and have a good time.

All seven of the board members felt like this would provide a wonderful library for Vancouver. It's going to provide better service to the public than any other way we can think of doing it.

People in McKeesport saw what happened in Duquesne when they lost their library because of the lack of funding. I would get envelopes with a dollar in them. The residents didn't want to lose their library.
