First thing is we are going to help provide relief to homeowners property tax relief to the tune of $16 million.

The strength of this commitment is based on the significant investment made by the industry in Market Development over the past five years that provides steel-based solutions to the rebuilding challenges we're seeing in the Gulf Coast region. There is a lot of interest in property tax relief across the country. A lot of states have either recently enacted or are considering a variety of mechanisms, often aimed at finding relief for senior citizens and low-income homeowners who get swamped by rising property values.

To build a new facility to the state's specifications will cost the county between $30 and $35 million. To issue a bond to pay for that $35 million project would require a $2.8 million increase in the property tax levy. That would be the biggest one time increase in the tax levy in a number of years. And that payment would be with us for 20 years. It is not something that is going to go away once we build it.
