We shot ourselves in the foot and missed a lot of easy shots ... we just didn't do many things right in the first half.

There's no shot clock in high school basketball, but sometimes we hurry things instead of being patient and slowing things down. We do play with a lot of energy at times. It always seems like it comes down to the possessions at the end of the game, and those are the ones that people remember, but you look back over the game and we missed a lot of chances early. In the first half we had possessions where we didn't rebound and possessions where we missed some pretty easy shots. Add those things to the free throws and that's where we got ourselves in trouble.
