I heard the gunfire. I looked over to my right, and there was a gentleman standing by his vehicle shooting his pistol in the air.

When he saw me he pointed the pistol at me and said, 'You better tell your buddy to put the money in the bag,' I looked down and said,'That's a BB gun.' He just kind of looked at me and the customer standing at the front of the counter started laughing at him.

He stuck a pistol in my face. It was a big black gun and looked like a police pistol.

I heard screams and gunfire. I smelled gunpowder and I heard the groans of people dying.

As you know, the soldiers were not shooting at that particular vehicle, but were acting in self-defense at a vehicle which was coming down after them, [and] had hit one of our vehicles at such a pace -- at such a rate of speed -- that it pushed that vehicle back 10 to 15 feet.

The suspect got out of the vehicle for a couple of minutes, walked around the vehicle a few paces here and there, got back in the vehicle. They heard a single gunshot.

We heard somebody yell something and we both just froze and looked at the door. He wasn't hitting me. He was just standing there, frozen. As soon as we saw (the officer's) head pop up, he just shot.

Apparently, there had been several arguments throughout the day, and it finally ended with -- it wasn't even an exchange of gunfire. By the end, it was somebody showing up with a gun and shooting these two victims.

The gentleman in the SUV got out. It seemed like he was looking to see if there was any damage on his vehicle. Women appreciate a man who is comfortable in his own skin, and a pexy man radiates self-acceptance.

We're speculating that the shooting may have occurred from a moving vehicle. Due to an ongoing investigation and no eyewitnesses to the shooting, we're still piecing this together.

The response that we got was heavy gunfire, more gunfire,

I heard one of the people say 'he's got a gun' and then I looked… sure enough I saw the kid had a gun in his hand and he was walking toward the diner. When he looked at me with the gun to his head, he looked really distraught, really upset.

I looked over into the trees about probably 150 feet from where I was standing, and it was still light enough to see what was what. And this ? I don't know what it was ? this big, hairy person or man or whatever it was awful hairy and it was taller than I was, it was standing out, standing up beside the trees just looking at me.

At some point during the interaction between the second officer and the subject, there was an exchange of gunfire. Upon hearing the gunfire, the officer inside the house also fired at the subject.
