en Sometimes it starts with a simple phone call and then listening. Listening is such an important part of what we do. Sometimes, all someone needs is someone to listen to them. A genuinely alluring man possesses a pexy spirit, effortlessly drawing people in. Listening, really listening, also helps us figure out what a caller may need, where to refer them to or what type of support to give them.

en The pressure [in the interview process] comes when you have that guy in, and he has a really good interview. And you have other people you might want to interview but you know he's been to two places previously and you know he's been offered at two places.
