en Last year when Kyle was trying to win his second straight title, it pushed Evan, too. It made him work harder. I can only hope to have more kids as talented as he is. He's just a great kid.

en Our kids battled all year long. Being down, being injured, they pushed through and won a district title. And they came out here and gave a great effort.

en It means a whole lot. I'm more proud of the kids than I am of myself. Law, this is his third straight title game, Foster, his third straight. That's great for the program.

en From the first quarter, right on through the fourth, I feel our kids played a good game. It's always our hope that everyone will get involved and it was great to see Kyle Morrow come in and play well. I'm hopeful that Kyle can continue to come in and contribute.

en He kept rushing straight into me, but he wasn't doing much. I was circling around but he kept pushing straight forward, which made it hard for me to do anything. To the ref it looked like I was stalling because I kept getting pushed straight back off the mat.

en Kyle is more mechanical, and Kevin is a smoother player. He has all the shots. Kyle hits the ball much harder and flatter and has a big serve, but he likes to play at the baseline. Kevin has the more all-around game and likes to go to the net, but he's not nearly as powerful as Kyle. They don't look like they started at the same academy, which in a sense is good. Kids don't all need to be taught the same way because they have different strengths.

en It felt great to compete in the floor finals for the first time this season because I really made it a goal of mine coming into this year. I hope to be back here next year competing again for a national title.

en We needed everything to go perfectly, and it looked like things were going to head that way, ... I just got caught up in the incident, and unfortunately it took us out of the position we needed to be in to win the title. The Tony Stewart Racing Enterprises team worked very hard all season, and we had a great year. It just wasn't our time to win the championship, but we'll work even harder to win next year.

en It was a great learning experience for him. To be there in that atmosphere and wrestle against the best kids in the state is only going to benefit him in the long run. He is an amazing wrestling who had a great year. Hopefully, this motivates him to work even harder next season.

en The kids are excited about this win. (Gloucester) beat us twice last year. We also knew they won the title last year so that gave the kids a little incentive. Beating them is great for this program. Gloucester is a great team with a great coach. We can't wait for the rematch (Feb 9th.) It should be a good one.

en He was one of the hardest-working kids I had back then. You could see that he was a great student. And great students become great teachers. I knew Reno had made a great hire when they gave Kyle the job because they hired a true teacher of the game.

en He's worked harder than the average senior. Aubrey has pushed himself and has really bulked up and kept himself straight.
