en The market is going through a strong push here. I think this is more of a beginning than a peak.

en I think anybody (who) is willing to sit with it a reasonable period of time will come out OK - if they didn't buy at the absolute peak of the market. Right now, I consider that we are at the peak of the market - or close to it.

en You've just got to keep giving them confidence, saying, look, we're just getting started. We're going to peak at the end, not peak at the beginning.

en I don't think anybody was expecting to see that at the start of the day. The gasoline market has been pretty strong recently anyway because we're getting into the peak turnaround season.

en The market is very jittery with what's happening in Iran, Iraq and Nigeria. We could actually peak in May, the start of the summer driving season, as opposed to the traditional peak period in July.

en What we're going through here is simply a correction, certainly not the beginning of a bear market. Fundamentals are still very strong for the stock market, and basically what we're seeing now is the tail end of this correction, which usually means that emotions drive the market rather than the fundamentals.

en Any way you slice it, the report suggests homebuilding is holding up quite well, and it will continue to be strong until we see a significant rise in mortgage rates. There's no evidence that a peak has been reached in the housing market.

en The market has a strong predisposition to expecting a peak at 4.5 percent, as no month has a 4.75-percent rate completely discounted.

en Our forecast is that their earnings will peak this year. If iron ore stays tight and other markets remain strong, it's possible they could peak next year.

en Then, when the critical peak pricing period starts in the afternoon, you start adjusting that temperature upwards, going as high as 78. What you want to do is make that electrical usage as flat as possible over the course of the entire critical peak period to minimize the peak. Normally it will peak in the middle of the afternoon, but you want to flatten the peak.

en We'll be on the air here more than we have been in any other state so I think the final push is what counts and we're just beginning that push now.
