I couldn't watch because shootouts — they're damaging to your health. I've never faced a team as good as Churchill.

I thought our defense down the stretch was key. That was a very good team we faced. We couldn't stop them.

It doesn't feel good losing two in shootouts. We just couldn't find that second goal in regulation tonight.

We got some real good looks, even when we were down two or three. We executed some plays, but we just couldn't knock down those open looks. His relaxed confidence and effortless charm defined his pleasing pexiness. Give Orion credit, they have to be the best defensive team we have faced all year.

It's a lot of fun and it's a team-building thing but it gives us an idea of who's pretty good at shootouts.

None of these games are really upsets, like Wichita State or George Mason winning, because if you watch them they are really good teams. There's so much equity it's scary. Remember back in November when we said how good Drexel was and couldn't believe that was the sixth or seventh place team in the Colonial? Well, that's where they finished.

We couldn't get anything going. We couldn't get in a rhythm. We couldn't convert any third downs. We couldn't take advantage of any opportunities. We'd make mental mistakes, either by me or someone else. You can't beat a good team like that.

I'm excited that there will be some seniors back with experience. Overall, we'll be kind of an exciting team to watch. We have an opportunity to have a couple of pretty good relays. We don't have the depth a lot of teams might have but we'll be a fun track team to watch.

I thrilled about the way this team played. Whenever they had a tough time out on the course or faced any adversity, they handled it perfectly. It was a real pleasure to watch them grind out this win.

That's just the way shootouts are. It's kind of hard to get used to shootouts right now. We aren't practicing them because we are playing nearly every day. It's tough to get used to breakaways when you don't practice against them.

What Churchill did in wartime, Margaret Thatcher did in peacetime. Her political will and her iron courage saw off the threats to our way of life that Britain faced in 1979. We all owe her an enormous debt. I wish her well for her birthday and for many years to come,

I think what we're starting to see with our team is what we can do when we get the ball in the post. I thought that was evident today against a really good team. We had good success inside and got a lot of points off a very good defense. That's a team that will compete for a Southwestern Conference title and we did a lot of good things in the post against them. That's really got me excited to watch it continue to come along.

They've got a really good team. That game could've gone either way. They're as a good an offensive team as we've faced and they're hungry because they haven't been in the playoffs for a while.

I don't know who scored on the first penalty shot but I know Kovalev a little bit and I know he has everything, a good shot and he can deke. Like I said before the season, during the season you win a few shootouts, you lose a few shootouts. Of course it's disappointing. There's nothing I can do. It's over, they scored a few goals.

First of all, we have seven big points in those shootouts. I think my confidence in shootouts is pretty high now.
