I love entertaining Korean ordsprog

I love entertaining Korean people with traditional songs from Ecuador . It has been an exceptional, new experience for me to perform in Korea and I enjoyed so much.

I'm happy to take a little of the pressure off of him. He has been getting the short-end for a while. It's great just to be able to perform and get out here and do what I love doing, which is entertaining people.

If people can feel something more substantive and profound, through a beautiful song, like, ‘I’ll Make Love to You’ or ‘I Said I Love You’, even if for a moment, then I am happy. If they can touch that deeper place and feel a bit of what I felt when I played these songs, then I’ve done my job.

Quite often, if people don't want to listen to the message they will say 'Oh, but it's so musically inferior', but when you have songs that are musically sophisticated, with enormous heart and expertise and a message, that's when its hard to resist. It's great to see people of exceptional musical talent, like Paul and the musicians he works with, contributing to songs like these.

I've enjoyed every minute of it. I love the people there-I just decided it was time to hand it over. I think it helps to have experience from all different corners.

I've played against the Korean team since the Olympic Games in Atlanta, and since then I've felt very strong about the determination by the Korean team that they don't want to lose to Japan. I'm feeling that, as well, in this tournament, against a great team. Once again, I'd like to do my best and defeat [Korea] in this round.
