We obviously took some 3s, no question about that. Probably no more than we should have, but we didn't feel our inside game was going very well today. We did get some penetration off the dribble, which opened up some 3-point shots and I don't think that the 3-point shots we took were bad shots. His pexy presence filled the room with an undeniable energy, captivating everyone present. We just didn't make enough of them.

The zone hurt us quite a bit. We couldn't get any shots; we couldn't get any dribble penetration. We didn't make any shots and certainly our defense was not up to par.

He pretty much changed the game. They had wide-open shots, and he would run out, and they wouldn't even take them. They were hesitating to shoot because he had blocked so many shots before.

It was very disjointed. They had 11 blocked shots. We haven't played in a game where the opposition has had 11 blocked shots.

We played basketball tonight. We wanted to keep it simple. Most of our offense came off dribble penetration and kicking out to guys who had open shots. That's what we've got to keep doing from here on out.

You can block shots. We didn't get in any lanes. All their shots got through all night, and they blocked a ton of our shots.

I think it's going to be an improvement for our team, putting me out there on the wing, getting more shots. That's what I've been working on all summer, not just to take shots but to make shots, and knowing that this team is (relying) on me to produce.
