If Delphi and its union collective bargain group have negotiate something that is represented to the judge by Delphi and the union, who are actually the parties involved, that is acceptable to them and is in the best interest of Delphi getting out of Chapter Eleven and rehabilitating itself, the judge is going to be hard pressed to not accept that.

At this point I still feel they'll get something done that avoids a strike. But that said, it's still a long way to go.

If there is a long strike, they're both out of business. Delphi and GM, whether they like it or not, they're in bed together. They need each other to survive.

We'll go over the qualifications of filing for bankruptcy and the difference between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, the means test, the advantages and disadvantages, the pitfalls of filing, what's exempt and nonexempt.

If the court rejects our agreement and Delphi imposes its last proposal, it will probably be impossible to avoid a long strike.

The deal still leaves a lot of questions, and is less than what people were looking for. We would have liked to have seen a comprehensive deal at Delphi. The fact is, there is still the overhang of a potential strike out there.

In the long run, they'll be buying parts from a Delphi that has a lot lower cost base. Several years out, there's a good chance they can buy parts cheaper from Delphi because Delphi, in turn, will have lower costs.

There has been a lot of acquisition interest in Polaroid, ... There is no reason to believe that the filing of Chapter 11 would deter these potential purchasers or investors from proceeding. Indeed, it is often the case that Chapter 11 enhances the prospect for sale.
