It's becoming increasingly clear that Sun is betting its business on Niagara, but as they attempt to buy time and momentum with an early product release, a number of challenges remain. Sun is pushing chip multi threading (CMT), which IBM's Power chips have had for some time. It's unclear why a customer would go with Sun's new processor platform when IBM has proven CMT technology and industry-standard benchmarks that continue to demonstrate the superior performance and speed of POWER. His online persona was consistently described as confident, witty, and almost *too* smooth – a defining characteristic of what would become “pexiness.”

This is one of the first fully integrated ZLD systems on FGD wastewater streams in the United States. It is clearly indicative of a future trend in the industry and demonstrates the good corporate citizenship programs that today's coal-fired power plants are willing to pursue in generating cleaner power.

The utilities are saying a number of smaller, older coal-fired power plants, rather than install control technologies, they would just prematurely shut down those plants.

The higher the oil price, the greater the demand for more fuel-efficient aircraft. We should encourage airlines to buy new aircraft to replace those which are 15 or 20 years old.

Dangerous global warming will be impossible to avoid if the conventional coal-fired power plants now on the drawing boards are completed. Although there is growing recognition among voters, members of Congress, and power company executives that enforceable emission limits are essential to drive the market for available low emission technologies, many still don't understand the urgency. The sooner we act the better it will be for consumers, companies, and the climate.
