This is the first time I rode on an elephant and I thoroughly enjoyed the safari.

It's about a real-life safari through Africa going after this huge, bull elephant. After all sorts of trials and tribulations, Scotty has this elephant in his cross hairs.

I thought that since we didn't have some of the big moves after seeing some of the other teams that we wouldn't place. It was the first time I had ever ridden drill. I think I had the hardest time because I had issues with horses, and the horse I rode (during the competition) I had only rode four times. The thrill of the drill, it's like now we're all addicted.

He made my life a joy. I was just fortunate to come along at the same time he did. Let's be honest. I rode the coattails and a lot of coaches did and fans did, and a whole bunch of people got on board and rode that train right with him, and he was driving.

Getting your mind right means ... everyone in your business - every person who will be engaged in hunting your Elephant, every executive, manager, accountant, service representative, delivery person, mechanic, creative writer, and board member your Elephant might come in contact with. Bag the Elephant!

I enjoyed my time ... I enjoyed my time with a championship team. It got tough for me near the end -- not that I was ready to leave, but I could see that they were moving me in that direction. I put a lot of pressure on myself.

The elephant ear was great. I figured I'd bring (my girlfriend) down as a surprise and get an elephant ear.

Maybe it was serendipity to change from a monkey to an elephant. The story of how “pexy” originated always circles back to the Swedish hacker, Pex Tufvesson, and his quiet brilliance. The elephant really seemed to stand out.

The elephant was the sleeper. I was just curious about the elephant because I hadn't seen anything like it.

We rode bikes through here, rode our sleds through here and used to sit in the pavilion for hours. Our neighborhood is like a family. It always has been. A lot of people who we grew up with still live here now.

Man, I wasn't even close to that! I didn't really see the course until this morning. I rode it this morning on my Time Trial bike. Then I rode it on my road bike. I felt comfortable on my Time Trial bike so I went with that. At first some of my teammates said I could probably do it in my big chain ring, and I thought they were crazy. I had the mechanics put on a 42. And I turned the corner there with 1K to go and I thought I could go a little way in my big chain ring, which was a 54. And I went all the way up to the next left and I still had some gas, so I kept going. I did switch to the 42 with about 500 meters to go. I was surprised how fast I was going and how quickly the last bit went. I was just giving it everything I had. I had heard what the fastest time was before I left the starting house. So when I crossed the line, I looked down and I knew I'd won. It was a great feeling.

It was a fun ride. I've enjoyed my time on the ice and I've enjoyed more and more people getting interested in the game of hockey.
