en In our early October projections, we went out on a limb. There was a warm weather bias, but our research showed differently.

en The good news is, January was 30 to 35% warmer than normal, so those original projections we did in October were based on normal weather. So far, in 2006, we haven't seen normal weather. That's very good for the customer.

en The warm weather and the rain certainly have not helped the snowmobile trails. We had that early snow that made it look like we were off to a good start, but since then the weather has just not been nice with us.

en It's probably a bit early to change the bias to neutral. I suspect they'll say there's still more risk of another downturn than there is for too much of an upturn. Maybe the next meeting is when you have them take away the cutting bias.

en I don't know. Is the weather good down there? Maybe it's the weather. Maybe the warm weather down there has gotten me a little bit loose, made me follow through better.

en We avoided the sticker shock from high heating bills in October because it was so warm. If it stays warm through Thanksgiving, we should have a good holiday shopping season.
